Welcome to Cani Ejendomme, an unusual Real Estate Company...
Dear Visitor and possible future Tenant,
At Cani Ejendomme ("Cani Real Estate") we focus on renting out apartments to Expats in Copenhagen. This is because of good past experiences, but also because I know how challenging it can be to arrive to a new country, and having to find a home. I have spent more than 10 years abroad as an expat, in four different countries.
At Cani Ejendomme we rent out the apartments based on trust. I will have to trust that you take care of the apartment and honor the lease contract, and you will have to trust me to honor my part - and help you if I can. I am very careful when it comes to finding the right tenants, and in return Cani Ejendomme do not request huge deposits, as seen with many/most other rental places (up to 6 months' rent as deposit is legal).
And why do I write all this about trust? Well, it is because these apartments are former private homes for me and my family. Therefore we have a special insight and love for these apartments. They are much more than "investments" to us.
So, there has to be mutual trust. I trust you, and you trust me. You will have a great and comfortable home during your stay in Copenhagen, and I will have someone who takes good care of that home.
